This report records the visible and diagnostically accessible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. It is not a warranty, valuation, or guarantee against hidden, intermittent, or future defects.
Scope of inspection
The inspection is a non-destructive assessment of the vehicle areas and systems included in the selected inspection package. Unless the report expressly states otherwise, components are not dismantled and inaccessible, concealed, intermittent, or future defects may not be detected.
Report findings
The findings, photographs, measurements, diagnostic information, scores, and grades describe conditions observed or recorded at the inspection date and time. Diagnostic trouble codes and electronic readings are a snapshot and may change after the inspection. A score or grade is a summary of the recorded findings and is not, by itself, a certificate of roadworthiness, a market valuation, or a prediction of remaining service life.
Customer responsibility
The customer should review the complete report, obtain quotations for recommended work, and seek specialist mechanical, electrical, body, legal, or regulatory advice when appropriate before purchasing, selling, repairing, or operating the vehicle. Urgent or safety-related findings should be addressed before the vehicle is used.
Limitations
The report does not guarantee that the vehicle is free from defects, accident history, tampering, fraud, or later failure. Information supplied by the customer, seller, manufacturer, public authority, or another third party is recorded as provided unless the report expressly states that it was independently verified.
Use of the report
The report is prepared for the customer and the identified vehicle. A private report link should only be shared with persons the customer authorizes. Altered, incomplete, or extracted copies may be misleading. Nothing in this notice excludes any right, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
